*We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
* AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
* There are window AC units located in the upper bedrooms

Desafortunadamente no tuvimos suerte con el alojamiento de Macario. House is in a good location to walk to local food spots. But unfortunately the house itself was not good. <br/>**We didn’t have a working bathroom upstairs where the two main rooms are for the entirety of our stay. Said something day 1 and was promised it would be fixed everyday we were there. Never got fixed. The<br/>**House smells like dog, soon as we opened the door the smell hit us hard. We mentioned it to owner, “I’ll send a candle over”.<br/>** Backyard was outdated and covered with dog poop. <br/>**no A/C, window units older than I am. We went and bought a fan. <br/>** carpets upstairs is what’s holding in the dog smell, think previous dogs peed on carpet or something <br/>** we had 4 adults and one bathroom. We had a great stay at Macario’s place , in Colorado Springs. <br/>I highly recommend Macario’s place , communication was great , with any questions I had. My family and I enjoyed our visit. Couldn’t ask for more ! Lots to do around the area ! S

Nice charming old house! I loved all the original features in the house, gave it character. The pantry door was so cute! Thank you for the good location and charming features.
