It was more fantastic than any other accommodation I've ever stayed in. Everything was well prepared and clean and perfect. The accommodation was so peaceful and private and I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely visit again to stay in this accommodation.

Our group of 12, including 2 kids stayed for the weekend as were attending a family event 40mins away. House is set up for renting multiple smaller units vs renting out the entire property but we managed to fit together in the 1st flr unit's kitchen/living room. Parking was easy although wish they had a sidewalk path vs walking in the street. Units were nicely set up, but my room in unit 1 had this foam pad in the closet that made it difficult for my sister and I to use. Another unit had a small issue with the shower but the owners made sure to send someone asap and it was quickly resolved. It wasnt our personal preference to have the kitchen table set up,  as it took up alot of the space and just created a task for us to put the items away. Overall our family was pleased with the unit and even with some undesirable people occasionally seen walking the streets, we made sure doors were locked and had no issues. For a small or large group, I'd recommend this property.

Phillip is a great host super quick responses! Heating was a bit difficult, but the space heater worked just fine while we needed it. Cozy, quiet, and clean!

We stayed here for a week with our three kids (11,9,3). This place was in great location, had walkable restaurants, and the decor gave it such a fun vibe. Oh! And the beds were comfortable. Because the house is almost 100 years old, there are some unavoidable creaks and quirks, but nothing that ruined our stay. You have the entire first floor and all private entrances and space. Although, there were some loud people upstairs who seemed to be moving furniture two nights in a row; that’s not a euphemism- that really did seem like what we were hearing. lol For families: There is a wall of glasses that goes pretty low, so if you’re going to stay with a baby, you’d need to do minimal baby-proofing, but the layout of this house made it pretty kid-friendly. Although this is not a spot where kids can safely play outside (lots of foot and car traffic), we were by so many nice parks in Raleigh that it didn’t matter to us.

We had a great stay at this location. The area is beautiful and has plenty to do, the neighborhood was private and had many hidden gems within walking distance. The house was clean, accurate, and had everything we’d needed for a perfect stay. Macario communicated quickly and was informative which was helpful and met all of our needs. This place was great! It had plenty of beds and great entertainment areas for when all 14 of us were hanging at the house. It’s in a compound of 4 AirBnbs which was really neat. The casita was great for my parents to have their own space, and the main house had a room almost like a bunk room with a tv for the kids. Location was great, was a straight shot to Congress Avenue and super close to all the restaurants and bars on the east side and very close to Rainey street. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Austin!

Our family had a wonderful time getting away to Arizona for some sunshine and relaxation. This house was perfect. It was clean, had comfy pads, a great layout, and an amazing outdoor space, including pool and hot tub. The only issue that we had is that we asked weeks ahead of our trip for the pool to be heated and were told that it would be, but when we woke up on our first morning there we found the heater had not been turned on. After messaging with the host, the heater was finally turned on, but took a long time to heat up so we weren’t able to swim until about 5:00, however we were still charged the full heating fee for both days.

A nice place for my fiancé and our dogs for our quick weekend in Durham. A great and very communicative host, highly recommend!

My bestie and I were impressed with this home and its cleanliness. We could not find ANY dirt..even behind the toilet( yes, we looked!). We felt at home. It was nicely decorated, furniture was comfortable. Linen and towels clean and plentiful. I did not need to call Macario for anything. I would’ve enjoyed the hot tub had it not been in the front yard without privacy but even with that being said, the yard was well kept and not cluttered. The lit pergola was enjoyed. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors nice. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Had a great family getaway at this location.  They had great games, loved the Pac-Man arcade machine.  Their pool and outdoor patio with fire pit was so awesome.  It’s an entertainment home.  Beds were comfortable too.  Lots of places to eat around the neighborhood.  Loved it.  And the hosts were so fast at responding to any request.

What a great place to stay in Old Town Scottsdale. You’re so close to literally everything. The small neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The yard and pool were very relaxing. I would 100% recommend staying here. Felt comfortable the entire time!

Philip was extremely accommodating. Our family was in Colorado Springs for our daughter’s wedding. The home was beautiful and was exactly what we needed for our large group. The deck view is stunning and several cups of coffee and wine were consumed enjoying the  mountain views. All amenities were provided and the cleanliness was impeccable. The home is located near several great stores and eateries. If you stay here, utilize the wonderful waking trail below the home. I would definitely stay here over and over again.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the space was clean and as described. I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs, and I agree with previous guests that the furniture could use an update the couches and chairs are noticeably worn and sunken in. A refresh there would really elevate the comfort of the space. Additionally, a few of the towels and comforters had visible spots and could be replaced to maintain the property’s otherwise clean feel. With a few small updates, this would be an excellent stay.

So happy with choosing this home. The Premier Pad’s host was very responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond for my family. We stayed in Arizona for my son’s transplant and when I asked if was possible to put in a new air filter (not that the original needed replacing I just wanted to be over cautious with my son’s health) the host immediately came and replaced the air filter within and hour. The home was beautiful, clean and the neighborhood was just are great. The perfect place to relax and recoup from surgery. We will definitely be staying here again.

Walked in and place wasn’t cleaned couldn’t get into front door locks and codes were not changed. Filth and dirt in living room and kitchen. Walked through hallway and doors were off hinges. Dirty linens and towels in closet. Walk to bedrooms beds were not made no clean anything trash left behind. Go outside trash and cigarette butts on back patio. I have 2 toddlers this place was unacceptable and no way shape/form to rent out to new occupants who traveled 1200 miles . Thank goodness we contacted Airbnb immediately and gave me a full refund immediately plus 600$ credit and stated that they would be fined for not having the best of standards or not meeting the criteria of standards.

We originally planned on staying with family on our trip to Phoenix. Ended up searching for air bnb which we found  last minute, we appreciate premier pads being able to accommodate our last minute booking. We enjoyed our stay, the area was private and quiet. We loved the simple open floor plan, and being able to park our car where it’s not exposed to the sun all day. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.
