Welcome to our spacious and modern three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Phoenix, AZ. Each bedroom features a comfy king bed, closet, and bedside lamps for your convenience. 5 Smart TVs are available for your use throughout the home.

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence with the exception of the garage which was converted into a game room. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. House Rules Required

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
For HOT TUB USAGE, Quiet Hours are observed from Sunday through Thursday, 11 PM to 9 AM, and on weekends from 12 AM to 9 AM. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE HOT TUB DURING THESE HOURS TO ENSURE A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 2 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

My partner had a surgery in Mayo Clinic so we decided to rent this place because it was so close from it. We don’t regret it, this place is so beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has a lot of amenities including games and pool table. The best thing is the backyard, a nice beautiful pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and big table where We really enjoyed having breakfast every morning. The only negative thing is that it gets so hot in the 2 rooms in the second floor during the day. However we didn’t use this rooms at all so it didn’t bothered us. The communication with the company manager of this property is excellent. I had a issue with the lock code because it ran out of battery and I couldn’t get in to the house, however they sent a couple gays to help me and they finally let me in to the house, the guy even offered me a refund of $27 to compensate the bad time which I really appreciated and thanked. In conclusion a good place to stay specially if you have a big family. our family had a great time. Between ping pong, pool, darts, swimming, and hot tub, there was plenty of things to enjoy. Large 2 story home with a nice background and great entertainment options. The master suite with bath, and 1 full bath are on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms/1 bath are on the second floor. The beds were very comfortable. Location is a bit north, so ride share can take 10-15 min. The second sink in the master suite did not work.
The keypad code did not work upon arrival, and had to call for a new code. Then, that key code stopped working, and we had to call again. On our second day, the keypad stopped working completely and we were locked out for 4-5 hours in the evening. We called mgmt, and while they were very responsive to find a solution, we were told that the wait for maintenance would be 30 mins, and it was frequently extended by 30 mins until a locksmith was called and able to get us in a few hours later. A physical key in a lockbox on site or with a neighbor is not kept. We were not told that pool maintenance would be there until they were in the backyard which was odd.
