Carter was a very responsive and friendly host. He always replied quickly and was very polite. The kitchen and living room are decorated nicely. The wall murals are beautiful and great backgrounds for taking photos before hitting up Disney.<br/>The house itself was not the best experience. There was a ball of hair and dirt on the floor in the entrance way. Two of the bathrooms had hair on the ground, and one had a random popcorn kernel by the toilet. None of the bathrooms had consistency. Some had hand soap but not all. Some had hand towels but not all. Instructions said to use the pool skimmer if there was debris in the pool, but the net on the skimmer was broken. There was a huge mark behind one of the beds on the wall that showed the headboard was broken but the wall was never repainted. Paint was peeling off almost all of the bathroom vanities. <br/>I understand that most of these things are easy fixes. However, they should have been caught and fixed before someone pays to stay there. Place was clean and looked like the pictures. Described amenities were provided. However, the Wi-Fi did not work, and there were other amenities that were not functional. Host was very responsive and helpful. Host offered early check in and check out multiple times but then could not accommodate. Address to Airbnb led to an inaccessible entrance so we had to reroute to a different address every time. The outdoor pool area looked a little rough. Chairs had holes in them. There were a lot of chairs. They could just toss those two and it would look a lot better. Washer seemed to have a small leak somewhere. <br/>Other than that the location is great and has a lot of potential. Alberto David
