The house maybe able to sleep a lot of guests but the bathroom/ shower situation is not ideal for a house full of guests. I have had my fair share of Austin Airbnbs as this is my third time coming with a large group. Our last Airbnb cancelled on me two days before this trip but we were extremely lucky to find Carter. He was extremely responsive and helpful from the get go.<br/>His house was beautifully designed with enough room for 15 guys to live comfortably. The fenced yard and pool were also an amazing addition. The Airbnb is also close to downtown and Rainey street.<br/>Overall- the Airbnb was beautiful and the host was great. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. We were in 1811-1. Clearly a recent build. Nicely appointed. 5-house compound, with one still under construction. Inadequate parking with our “sleeps-24” house limited to 1 parking spot. (!) We had 13 adults with 10 cars. Host mentioned a “lot” on a side street for overflow parking, which ended up being street parking in front of neighboring homes with a 1-2 block walk depending on availability. We were surprised but it wasn’t terrible because we had nice weather. Photos of the pool were misleading. It looked a lot bigger than it was. There were two electrical outages; one when we were asleep at 4:00 am, and again at 8:30 am, prime coffee brewing hour. It came back on after 10 minutes or so. No broom/mop provided, so we used paper towels on kitchen floor, crawling under the table to clean. Lastly, house was unfinished: a wire coming out of the wall on the 1st landing, missing TV in bedroom, very cold, unfinished drywall/paint on 3rd, no corkscrew & we hooked up the disposal ourselves.
