Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Important House Rules & Guidelines
We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
The hot tub, fire pit, grill, and game room (located in the garage) are shared amenities available to all guests. There are two other properties on-site that may also be booked. For larger groups or full privacy, you can reserve the entire compound, which includes the Main House, Corner House, and Studio.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
We requests guests to close the front window shades in the afternoon, as it will help keep the heat out as the front of the house will have direct sun until the sun goes down behind the mountains and to close them at night during winter months to keep the cold out. Please do not open any of the front of the house windows, if you are wanting to cross breeze, please open basement patio door, close screen door and use the whole house fan in the upstairs hall to allow cool air when it is cooler outside, or enjoy the AC.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Our home was not what was pictured online, and I received a message that we were moved to a different address the day before. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as other guests were always in it. The garage with the games was locked and we were not given directions on how to access it. There was a mouse in the house and after reading a review a couple weeks prior that they purchased mouse traps, we put them out in hopes to catch it. When mentioning this to the host, I did not receive a response. The house itself was otherwise clean and we felt comfortable and safe staying there. The site has three separate rental properties on site. In order to get to our property, I must first walk through the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom of another person‘s property. There was no solution or work around given to me as to how to not walk through someone else’s Princi to get to where I slept. furthermore in order to leave, I also had to egress through the same property that property can be locked from the inside, and I did not have a code nor should I have therefore I was unable to leave the property in case of an emergency or to do the things that I wanted. Furthermore the only way to exit my property and return to it was to leave it unlocked. Communication with owner took 20 minutes at a minimum each message. The listing address is different from the address where you enter an exit of the property. There is no on-site parking only street parking. I will say after getting Airbnb involved, I did receive a full refund because of the lack of transparency and safety issue Michael

I have owned and rented many places over the years. the customer service here was awful. I will say the place and location could be great, if the customer service even closely matched. host was very proactive and responsive pre and post stay, but the minute we were to check in, all communication was terrible. We and the guest in an adjoining unit were given incorrect entry instructions and the property also had a gate to access back dwelling. were not provided lock instructions to get in. after multiple requests from us and other guest to call us, we were messaged with another code to enter property. listing also shows "game room" garage for all guests to share. we were never provided access to this as well during our entire stay, even though we paid for it. we rented for 3 nights and never once received a phone call from anyone regarding any of the items that were lacking. would not use this company again. House was very clean and so cute. Phillip responded very quickly when we needed him. Location close to everything. A little noisy at night but nothing a little white noise won’t fix.
