Had to wait outside to get inside the house. House was not clean in a lot of places. MBR and quest room carpets had dirty spots looking like oil of some kind. MBA had a lot of calcium deposits on the bottom of the shower door. Shower door was not clean, Burnt out light bulbs. Kitchen, MBR and MBA had allo the shelves that were dirty with hairs, etc. The refrigerator had a missing ice maker and there were icycles hanging down inside with frosts on the side walls. Had 2 clean 3 shelves to put my items needing cooling on. I did not go upstairs to see what was wrong up there. There were rods missing on blinds that open and close the slats. The dryer had the dryer hose vented into the garage and not contained, but clumps on the floor. Garage was very cluttered and dirty. The deck rails had big spider webs with what looked like eggs. I tried numerous times to get help with no response. was asked to upload photos but couldnt do it and get info on how to do it. I was ripped off

We had a great stay overall. The location was excellent, communication from the host was prompt and helpful before, during, and after our visit, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed our time here. Thank you for having us!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location! Unfortunately, the cleanliness was terrible. Dirty walls, dirty baseboards, nasty shower curtain, dead flies in the window seals, dirty fans, cobwebs, trashed kitchen pans, filthy and broken grill, and limited utensils. Dirty sheets with sand and blood stains! Just filthy! Felt like a motel in the country club!
The back yard was fun, horseshoes and airline and ping pong in the garage. However the garage was stinky with FULL dumpsters and old carpets thrown and mice! I would not recommend staying here!!

Although this is a very nice cabin and the space is well used, when we arrived at the property we noticed it was not as well kept up as we would have liked. It fit our needs and we made the best of it, however, our family had to do some cleaning while we were settling in and this is not something you want to do on a relaxing vacation. We needed to clean a tub before it was used due to multiple black smudges, the blinds and floors were dusty and dirty, there were some dishes/pots and pans that had been put away dirty in the kitchen, and there were plastic containers with food residue left in the cabinet. The outside space was nice but both porches were covered in spider webs. It seemed as if it had not been rented recently or the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job before we arrived. We notified the management company but after many messages and conversations they eventually seemed not overly concerned and gave no real resolution .
