This rating would be a 1 if not for the home owner and neighbor. The host management company was horrible! We got locked out of the home TWO times (with all our belonging inside). After the first time, they said the issue was resolved as a "technical problem" due to us extending our stay - which was done days before our arrival (then, I had to PROVE I paid for the extension - and did) however, it happened again on checkout day (a Saturday) and we had to wait hours to get the issue resolved which included getting the neighbor involved. Checkout time was 10:00 MT. We went to town for coffee and got back around 9:15 which is WELL before the 10:00 checkout time. NO response from the management company to our multiple calls and messages other than AI generated replies to our pleas for help (they indicate 24/7 support - that was a lie)! The neighbor finally contacted the home owner to let us is. Totally derailed our day! THEN we received a message from the management company that we must remove our belonging from the home or be charged extra even though we had been out of the home for several hours! Hopefully the owner will change managements companies so that this beautiful home in a great location can survive.

Airbnb
This is a very clean, practical house to stay at when visiting Manitou Springs. It's a short walk to Manitou Ave (the walk back is uphill but doable). I highly recommend it!

We travel to Manitou yearly. This year we decided to try a new place to stay and loved it. It was perfect for the three of us and our dog. Walkable downtown for food and shopping. The home was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
