Down the hall, the third bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed, a smart TV, ceiling fan, mini-split AC, dresser, and large window with a peaceful wooded view. In the lower level, the fourth bedroom feels like a private suite with a queen bed, 65-inch smart TV, bedside lamps, keyboard/piano, and a second work station with a desk and ergonomic chair. French doors lead out to a wooden deck featuring a hammock—an ideal spot to unwind. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities including a converted garage gym equipped with a squat rack, bench press, free weights, stationary bike, and treadmill. Outside, you'll find a patio with a hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, firepit, and a tranquil garden with a small pond. Shoot some hoops in the private basketball area or just relax and soak in the natural surroundings. Additional features include high-speed WiFi, central heating, an in-unit washer and dryer with ironing station, fresh towels and soap in all bathrooms, and ample parking for up to seven vehicles in the driveway. Guest access Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use. Early Check-in Requests We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm. Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: 1. Other things to note House Rules Required ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $70 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Dog Policy: -This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Type of Cooling for the Home Mini-Splits units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Ring Doorbell Camera on front door. It is on and operating. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. - 2026-09-08T22:33:50.000Z · 5.0/5: The house was wonderful and absorbed our family of 6 very well. The kitchen was really well done. We cooked easily each night for our large group. The backyard was our favorite part of this property. The waterfall, hottub and Mountain View’s were spectacular. We really relaxed and enjoyed being there. Beds were very comfortable and the few minor issues were not problematic. The check-in took a little longer than we planned and it helps to have accomplished the waivers ahead of time because those and the payment methods would not work thru our phones and ipads. The Hoste added it to our bill and acknowledged our waivers and then we could check-in. That was helpful. Would stay here again and again! Thanks.

Plenty of space. 12 minutes to Colorado College, 3 minutes to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and 5 minute walk to The Broadmoor. Thank you.

Would have enjoyed more if the rain would have held off some of the evenings. Was in a quaint neighborhood, felt safe and enjoyed being away from city traffic. Overall highly recommend!!
- 2026-07-26T20:04:16Z · 5/5: Absolutely beautiful location! The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, right next to the zoo. We had tons of natural wildlife right up next to us when we spent time outside, like mule deer, elk, turkeys, hummingbirds and butterflies. We spent a lot of time outside eating at the outdoor dining table, laying in the hammock, jumping on the trampoline, and sitting in the hot tub. After long days of hiking and trekking through nature, it was a really peaceful place to unwind. We would absolutely visit again- we all agreed that we wished we could live there!
