Place is great, very spacious. Very clean, and the best part - is the backyard, with that awesome pool, be careful tho, it’s pretty deep, I feel like it was about 8 food deep on the right side. But it made it great to jump into.

We fell in love with the house as soon as we opened the door! The owners did an amazing job with renovating the gem of a home. The bedrooms were large and the beds were super comfy.

I like that the home was spacious and appreciated the separate living space in the basement. I loved the natural lighting the home gets. The community is quiet and calm. The park just around the block is nice for kids or letting your dogs run around. A good community for walking. We also enjoyed the patio and backyard space. Communication with the host was good. They respond pretty quickly to any questions or issues had. I’d stay here again.

The photos didn’t do the house justice and the house was gorgeous. I loved everything about the house and would definitely recommend. We did have a couple hiccups but they were solved so fast that we didn’t even notice anything was wrong. The location was beautiful and we were able to get to everything quickly.

I rated VALUE at 3 stars because of the makeup of my particular group. At the time of my initial reservation the value was very good. As our dynamics changed closer to the trip, I spent ALOT more than “my share”. That being said, the pricing was comparable to other VBROs I’ve used. I am VERY GLAD that the off-road vehicle was recommended. Future Patrons: This is a REAL need, not just a polite suggestion. We loved it, even though our manta every trip became “what were we thinking?” The lodge itself was more than we needed in terms of luxury, but such a welcome retreat at the end of the family celebration pre-party, party, and post-party. For my 5 y.o. traveling companion, the deer out our windows every day and the whole Milky Way at night were even better than the game tables. For future patrons with kids: Best Hide & Seek Venue Ever! Last note - as an ambulatory, elder visitor, all spaces were easily accessible.

This is a duplex. Phillip’s side is better maintained than the other half. This booking was on the right side of the duplex,closest to the driveway. It was super to be able to park off-street. The area is so great with the ability to walk into the south side of the Garden of the Gods. Red Rock Canyon is a 5 minute drive away. The two beds are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. The unit has a washer/dryer combo (in the same machine) and a great kitchen. It was great to be able to have our dog at the unit. We had deer and bunnies in the yard. Overall was a good fit for us.

The places was spotless clean. The kitchen well equipped.  But the backyard is the real attraction. unfortunately we didn't have enough time to use the pool, but we did enjoy the pickleball court and the putting green.  Would definitely stay here again. If is perfect for 6 people.

The space is great. It's small, but functional. I stayed their alone and it met all of my requirements. It's only about a two-minute walk to Manitou Ave (The main street in Manitou Springs).  Philip is an excellent communicator.

Great location centrally located with easy drives to Pikes Peak area attractions (Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, etc.) or Denver/Golden area (Coors brewery, Red Rocks). Close to many restaurants, Top Golf, Indoor Skydiving. Quiet neighborhood that backs up to the Air Force Academy which was great for morning walks.  Game room is fun for all.  Great view of Pikes Peak out the main corner window.  Oh and the hot tub was perfect after long days with lots of walking/hiking.

Beautiful AirBnb in a beautiful location!   Owner was proactive with greetings and instructions and responded quickly to any questions.   Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and spacious, kitchen spotless and well appointed, living room very comfortable and roomy, tv had many viewing options, loved the gas fireplace that put the coziness over the top!   We arrived after dark, so stepping outside the next morning was the first time we were able to take in the view of Pike's Peak from the front porch and it was absolutely stunning!   This will be our go to when visiting the area again.   Very highly recommend.

If you want a place with an amazing view, this is it. The master bedroom balcony and hot tub provided an amazing view of the mountains and pikes peak. The hot tub was perfect to soak in after a long day or hike. Wasn’t able to figure out how to operate the master fireplace but that was the only negative. The residence was clean, clutter free and ready for us at check in. It is also very centrally located within the city. The hosts responded quickly and even order a hair dryer that was missing from the residence. The price is well worth the experience.

We felt right at home with our family! The house was great and the scenery outside was beautiful. We woke up every day at 6 AM just to go outside in the backyard light the fire pit and watch the stars and sunrise. Totally worth it for the whole family to be in the same house. Also location for the home is perfect. You’re in the same neighborhood as the entrance to start climbing pikes Peak. And it has some wonderful trails around if you like hiking.

Visited family nearby, walkable area. park right across the street if you have little ones. Pool was utilized a few times. Had all the furnishings necessary. Only suggestion would be,  blinds for the patio slider. As it gets very bright during the afternoon hours. AC worked well. Lastly digital entryway would be great!
