The space This single-story, three-bedroom house with a ranch-style architectural design offers a warm, comfortable stay for up to six guests. Inside, you’ll find a cozy and well-lit living room featuring a large horseshoe sectional sofa, a ceiling fan, simple decor, and a 58-inch smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Colorado Springs. Adjacent to the living area is a dining table that comfortably seats six, ideal for shared meals and conversations. The fully equipped compact kitchen balances a modern yet classic feel, with essential appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus everything you need to cook at home. Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged with queen beds and nightstands. The first bedroom, located at the front of the house, offers a simple, modern design with a window AC unit and plenty of natural light through two windows. The second bedroom sits on the east side of the house, while the third bedroom, located at the back, mirrors the cozy charm of the first. The full bathroom is clean and stocked with all essentials—fresh towels, soaps, and a relaxing atmosphere. Guests also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. There are no charges for service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Window AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Front and Yard Security Camera on front door. I am a landlord and had to place a tenant in an Airbnb while we renovated the bathroom in our rental. It was an emergency and I needed to book an Airbnb last minute… The host responded in less than an hour to my request and made it super simple to get the booking made, and instructions quickly to my tenant so he could get into this home. Great host, great home that made my emergency situation. Easier to navigate. Thank you so much. I’m gonna keep you in mind for the next time I need to put a tenant up!!!

We had a very disappointing experience with this property. From the moment we arrived, the house had an awful smell, and we found dog hair all over the bed. There were no extra linens provided, which was unacceptable.<br/>The outside of the property was even worse—the vegetation was so overgrown that we honestly thought the house was abandoned when we first pulled up. This complete lack of upkeep reflects poorly on the quality and care of the property.<br/>What’s most concerning is that, despite these serious issues, the property was put back on Airbnb the same day without addressing any of the problems. We have attached photos as proof.<br/>I cannot recommend this property to anyone and would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
