The space

The inviting living room welcomes you with a plush sofa, warm armchairs, a small wooden coffee table, and a textured knit pouf that adds charm to the space. A decorative fireplace sets the mood, while a ceiling fan, books for light reading, and a 48-inch smart TV provide both relaxation and entertainment.
Gather for meals under the soft glow of a chandelier at the spacious dining table that comfortably seats eight—perfect for family dinners or game nights. Just steps away, the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances—including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—and a bright, welcoming atmosphere that makes meal prep a joy.
The master bedroom, located off the dining area, offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan, window AC, a 24-inch smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Window AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Free driveway parking on premises – 2 spaces
We had a great time at Phillips place. We chose it to be close to several areas to explore and it worked out great. Very charming and cozy! Great place, had everything we needed, loved the backyard and it was very clean!! Only concern was when we booked, I had to send a picture of my drivers license, a picture of me and a picture of me holding the drivers license. Overall, the stay was great and we had a really nice weekend! April

Such a cute & roomy house….pics don’t do it justice. So many amenities provided; they really thought of everything. The neighborhood was quiet. Traveling with my bicycles I am always leery about them being stolen but I didn’t have any problems with keeping them on the vehicle bike rack & secured with a light bike lock (just for peace of mind). I had also had left them overnight in the backyard without incident. Water filter by sink & in fridge was useful. Although I didn’t get to spend time in the backyard, it was an oasis on its own with thick green grass, a veg & herb garden, string of lights, yard games available, grill, & patio with lawn furniture. Inside, the place has a modern vibe & I am crazy about the choice of art on the walls. Bed & pillows are very comfortable which can make or break a stay for me. I appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms. I really wasn’t expecting the place to be as big or as nice as it was but it overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations!!! ❤️ Cute house, perfect for our family of 4, had everything we needed.
