Great stay with Philip. He was very responsive. The house had everything we needed. A lot of stores close by. Only negative I can say is the beds were not comfortable. Other than that this place will suite your needs.

The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out and the neighborhood was peaceful and had a nice park for our dog within walking distance which was fantastic! My family loved the pool and hot tub and the house came stocked with all our cooking needs and plenty of space! We loved how close it was to all the activities we had planned for our family and would definitely recommend this home to families looking for a fun and safe stay! Our host was extremely nice and accommodating and answered any questions with no problem. Definitely loved our stay!

We had a great stay!  We had tons of room to spread out.  The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The roof top was EPIC!  The kitchen was well stocked.  The home is located in a somewhat urban, transitional neighborhood. It felt safe, but overall the neighborhood was just ok.  Travel<br/>Tip for families: check out the America the Beautiful Playground - 5 minutes away and super fun.

We really enjoyed our stay at Philip's. So much so that we wished we were staying longer.  We had so many sights to see that we should have just stopped and enjoyed the home more.  Favorite feature was the dining / living area, but we wished we could have enjoyed the deck even more.  It was wonderful, clean, cool, and just a great place  to sit and enjoy each other.  We found it convenient for access to our adventures, shopping and sight seeing.  Thanks, Philip, we'll check your availability for our next trip to Colorado Springs.

Our tree house was super comfy and nice. We all enjoyed it. It was peaceful and private. Our family of 4 fit perfectly well and still had space no issues at all. It was clean and tidy. We love it. Definitely coming back when in town again.

This lovely home accommodated 11 ladies for a special Brides bachelorette party. I loved that Phillip trusted us to not have the cops called to the house for a wild party. lol 😂 We loved the back deck and sat out there till quiet time chatting and making s’more’s. The main living area was spacious and the kitchen table fit all of us. My only suggestion for the kitchen is to have microwaveable plates. I loved that the downstairs area had a mini fridge! We stocked it with water and other drinks. So when you get thirsty at night you do not have to go all the way to the top floor. This house is nestled just off the main road but far enough away that you do not hear any noise. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Also, this house has great neighbors! The first night there was a fire alarm going off nearby, not the Airbnb, the neighbor came and checked on us in the middle of the night to make sure we were ok. It was coming from another house nearby. Would stay here again!

I was looking for a place to just get away and relax.  Philip's place was perfect.  Exactly as described and the best part was it was walking distance from the main part of town.  With parking being so difficult to find, being able to walk was great!  I will stay there again.

Not many problems! Super easy check in.  Couldnt figure out tiki lights and patio hanging lights weren't very bright, but it was OK to use security light-no bugs in Az! Pool furniture kind of worn. Would have loved a table to eat outside. Tiki would have been great as a cabana. Inside game room was great. Kids loved pac man! Loved tv's in every room- just not enough remotes for all. Kitchen drawers in peninsula still needs fixed...ask me how i know!  But we survived. Loved that there was shampoo etc,  laundry, dishwasher tabs and even dryer sheets!!  it also had floor  fans in the bedrooms!! i really appreciated this!!! i use it for noise. Dont usually have that in rentals!!  Master bedroom bed and pillows were awesome! Does need some storage for left overs. We will definitely keep this large house in our saved file for another visit!

The place was perfect for our entire family. The kids enjoyed the games in the basement as did the grandparents. It had plenty of sitting and lounging for everyone. We really loved the space I would definitely rent it again.

My friends and I have stayed at Air BnBs yearly for our girl trips. Cozy and well supplied. And ideal for our fur babies! I don't think they wanted to leave the beautiful yards. Keaston was a chat away and friendly. Add all this to the incredibly peaceful area & the welcoming small town people of Florence, this is easily our top favorite home & host to stay with.

This home never disappoints. We’ve stayed here numerous times and we love it. It is comfortable, nicely outfitted, comfy beds, nice touches. If you need accommodations anywhere near here, this is the place to stay. Oh and: close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods; great Mexican and fine dining restaurants (1 of each). Love the farmers market too.

The House was perfect for our work trip. The cleaning crew wasn’t quite done at check in but made sure the home was ready for us. The driveway is pretty steep, but we found that parking our daily vehicle down at the street worked well. The host was responsive and answered any questions promptly.
