We purchased our own cleaning supplies and linens, only to realize that the queen size bed that was advertised was actually a standard full. Upon arrival the towels and sheets had holes and stains. The floors were sticky, and there was a noticeable smell. We informed the host, who sent over aerosol spray. The smell persisted and we re-notified the host when we experienced bugs. Communication shifted and things got shady when we requested a refund. The Premier Pad experience was less than. Would not recommend.
