Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. Other things to note House Rules Required We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. The pool is not heated. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Dog Policy: This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Ring Doorbell Camera on front door. It is on and operating. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. - 2026-02-09T22:47:11Z · 5/5: My family and I enjoyed meeting up with each other in AZ for our grandson's first birthday. Macario's house is very comfy and accomodated the 5 of us very well. The openess, rec room and seating space made it idéal for a few more family to gather for a little while as well. When we need to accomodate 5 or 6, we will definitely reach out to book again!
