Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible to guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4 pm, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready, no earlier than 2 pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservatio,n you agree to the following:

Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC, our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

Excellent Vacation Hub
Overall, the property was as described. The location was exceptional. Close to downtown and the park made this property a great hub for all of our activities around The Springs and the surrounding areas. This place looked like the pictures and was nicely decorated. There was plenty drawers and closet space. However, the nightstands couldn’t be plugged in (no Extention cords and we had to buy lightbulbs for the lamps. They were very clear that this place doesn’t have a/c and we could open windows, but the windows do not have screens and I was a little uneasy leaving them open all the time. I was contacted by Paul saying that they were going to come by and leave some portable a/c units, but that never happened. The street this property sits on is extremely busy and very noisy, making it hard to get a decent nights sleep with windows open. The basement floor was covered in dead bugs/spiders when we arrived, so we vacuumed them up. We still killed numerous brown recluse spiders during our stay. Everything I’m saying was addressed to Paul in our messages, but he stopped responding. This is a cute house. They just need to get the bugs worked out of it.
