Amenities
The listing gave the impression that the property was close to downtown, which was a major reason I chose it. But upon arrival, I found that it was actually located in Missouri City, a suburb significantly farther from central Houston than advertised. This wasn’t a small difference—it turned what should’ve been a 10–15-minute trip into 30+ minutes, which completely disrupted my travel plans and daily schedule. It felt like I had been misled from the start.<br/>As bad as that was, the condition of the home was even worse. The house was infested with pests. I encountered roaches crawling in the kitchen, bathroom and all over the house. It was infested with spider webs as well as inside and outside the home. The home was disgusting and when i reached out about it, his response was i should have said something sooner. I have pictures and videos to prove what im saying. He sent people the next day to do what was supposed to be done prior to me checking in. Don’t stay here, it’s not worth it. Loved the place. Great location. I frequent the city a lot so I’ll be staying here every time. The only thing i would recommend is more towels. We stayed for 4 days and only had one set of towels. Everything else was perfect I’m actually about to book my stay again for next month! All expectations met and would definitely book again Love the house, clean and comfortable
