Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice and welcoming. House was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were comfy. Highly recommend Nice house, cozy, close enough to anything you could want. Our second day there, I received a message asking if the maintenance guy could come in and paint something. I asked when and was told he'd let me know; but never did. We arrived on Thursday and the wifi didn't work. I tried working with the host on Saturday to get it resolved and his responses were incomplete and he left it hanging after asking me for proof it wasn't working. I tried again Sunday, and after missing a dull day of work on Monday I finally complained to AirBnb about it. It was resolved on Tuesday. Maintenance guy came to check on it and knocked a few times which I didn't hear from the back of the house and then he let himself in. Quite awkward when I walked out of the bathroom.
