House Rules Required
AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This home was EXACTLY like the picture. Very very clean & furniture/style was simple. Backyard was awesome, loved everything about this house. Extremely close to a lot of things: grocery stores, SHOPPING, eating & Starbucks lol. Highly recommend this rental for sure!
