Guest access
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

House Rules Required
We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.
POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $55 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating. Please let us know if you would like it heated outside of those hours.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
NO SMOKING inside.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Beautiful house in Scottsdale! The house itself is very spacious and clean. That back yard is a dream especially in the summer heat. Macario was a great host and very respectful. Will stay here again in the future! Casey

We had a wonderful stay. Easy to check in and out with clear instructions. It's in a neighborhood near everything you'd need. The street was clean, quiet and felt safe. The home was clean and comfortable. Towels could use some fabric softener and maybe add couple extra blankets, linens just in case. There are homes on all sides of this home but it's still private in the backyard to swim, BBQ etc. Beds and pillows were comfy. There were extra pillows. Air conditioner worked VERY well. The hot water did not run out and the water was actually hot and not just warm. The bonus was the TV next to the pool table. We were able to watch movies and play pool which our older kids really enjoyed. We paid to heat the pool which was very affordable compared to a lot of other properties. This property is a pet friendly home and we were very surprised how clean it was even with the carpet upstairs. No pet fur, no pet odors. We'd stay here again and maybe bring our pup next time. Rented this for my daughters 15th birthday. Home was very nice and the kids had a great time
