We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale/PHX Valley area. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

I really enjoy staying there with my family.Show more The high ceilings made the space feel large and inviting. The house is an open floor plan and having a conversation with my friends while in the dining room, living room or kitchen still made it feel intimate. Entering the driveway was narrow but opened up and there was plenty of parking. I had a cargo van and I was able to maneuver around up top. I would definitely stay here again.Show more
