Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. We had an amazing stay! Philip’s home was absolutely beautiful and perfectly clean, with everything we needed. The location was central to everything, which made it so convenient for exploring the area. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

We loved the view of the mountains, We assumed it was Pike's Peak. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed & was Clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Located near shopping & restaurants.
