Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. The only complaint we had is that the Ac thermostat had programs that made the house very uncomfortable and it was hard to keep the house cool. I would highly recommend that the owners delete the programs and leave the temperature up to the leasers desires and not your trying to save a buck which doesn’t work when the house gets so hot and then the system is trying to cool the house down it works very hard.Show more

Save your money and book elsewhere - this property is dangerous! Would not recommend this property or the hosts until many safety issues are addressed! We had to leave 6 weeks early due to our dog being badly injured by 30 ft of sheet metal sticking up in the yard (emergency surgery, triple tendon repair, 8 weeks of dressing changes at the vet every 3-5 days), gun shooting right behind the home with bullets hitting neighboring home and mold all over bathroom. These were just the biggest issues -the house needs so much maintenance! Dryer vent was broken - venting directly into the home. The master bedroom overlooks a public walkway and had missing pieces of the blind so people could look right in from the sidewalk. There was mold all over the ceiling and walls. There were bags of trash left in the yard along with a broken fence and lock so it was not secure for our dogs. 1in wall staples were sticking out of wall. Hosts unwilling to let us leave early without heavy penalty.Show more
