Guest access Early Check-in Requests We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm. Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: 1. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Ring Doorbell Camera on front door. Great property! Very clean. Centrally located in Colorado Springs. Plenty of room for the entire family, and a full bathroom for every bedroom. No sharing or waiting in line for the shower :) Only downside....there are only two parking spots (same for all units in this complex) and they are often used by other people who live in the complex. This leaves the folks at the VRBO with nowhere to park. This isn't the fault of the VRBO or the owners, it's just a heads up to other renters.....be prepared for the possible need to park further away and walk in.

We loved our stay at this location! The space was perfect for our group and very clean. Everything was just as described, and we would definitely stay here again.

Unit was modern, new and clean. Appeared much larger in listing than in person. Towels were limited. No bed linens available for pull out sofas. No hair drier, as indicated on listing and owner said he’d have one delivered but did not. No instructions given on how to operate keypad to gain entry and lock door behind you when leaving the unit. Had to call owner to obtain WiFi information. Owner’s response to messages was not always timely and there was no way to reach him by phone. We did not feel entirely safe in the neighborhood.
