Phillip and his family were absolutely amazing and so accommodating to our family.  We were there for Parents Weekend at the Air Force Academy and it was the perfect home to relax and get away.  The house was very clean and had everything that we needed and more.   They were so attentive to anything that we needed and went above an beyond.  It was a 10 out of 10 and would definitely go back again.

Loved this location! Close to downtown and shops. Easy to get around. Philip was super nice, really responsive and quick. Looked just like the pictures, with a few upgrades. Stayed for a month and it was perfect! Definitely will be coming back next time I’m in the springs.

Perfect place for us. In area for family wedding. Spacious and beautiful accommodations. Stunning views of mountains. Great central location. Everything we wanted to do was within 20-30 minutes drive (Gardens of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Colorado Springs, and of course the wedding spot. Great mile or so walking  trail right outside and close drive to more. Coffee shop short walk. Grocery and Walgreens short minutes drive. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Honestly a great spot and beautiful, relaxing home

Great location, peaceful backyard. We really enjoyed the peaceful quiet backyard. The host was quick to resolve the one minor issue we encountered and was very friendly in all communications. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even laundry detergent for the washer and dryer in the house. Having an ice maker in the freezer was very convenient since we did a lot of hiking in GOG and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is very well insulated as we could barely hear any outside noise. Would recommend this host and house to anyone!

Philip’s place was the perfect landing spot in the Springs. It feels private but is still close to downtown. The living room was a nice spot to hang out during the day, and the outdoor table! Would recommend!

Had a great stay. The location worked great for us. Only issue we had was a storm came through the night before we checked in so the pool area was a mess (due to high winds). Spent 3 hours the first day cleaning out the pool and hot tub so the family could swim. Once cleaned out, the pool was fantastic and enjoyed each day! Safeway is nearby so grocery shopping is convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

A great stay in a great house. We are in The Springs a few times a year on business and I would definitely use this house again.

This place was amazing. Highlight for us was definitely the creek. We had 4 kids under the age of 10 and they were entertained for the whole trip! The views were great, the place was clean and there was plenty of room for 7 guests. It was close to other neighbors, but still had a secluded feel with the trees and land. Great place to stay. Will probably be back!

The house was exactly as advertised and the deck and enclosed yard was perfect for us and our dogs! The house is spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped. The living areas were great with big comfortable sofas, ample table spaces and a very welcoming home vibe. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable as well. The neighborhood is quaint and safe.  The house’s  location was its best feature for us, a few miles from Bear Creek dog park( best we’ve ever visited), Manitou Springs, nature reserves, hiking trails, old Colorado Springs and Garden of the Garden! We definitely will be back! Thanks Phillip for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious, quiet and in a great location near dining, shopping, and attractions. The beds and bedding were VERY comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made things so convenient. The host was also very responsive!<br/>The only hiccup was that the cleaners were running behind, so we weren’t able to check in until about 6:30 pm but we had a great experience overall.

I had a terrific stay! Instructions were very clear and self check-in incredibly easy. The home exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is well-appointed - modern appliances, well-stocked cupboards, and spotless. The living area also very pleasant, with smart tv and fireplace. Comfortable mattress, nice linens, and quiet surroundings ensured good sleep. Appreciated the great shower as well. Located within a community, it was easy to walk around and there is a nice cafe across the street. Macario was very responsive and supportive. Would definitely stay again!

We traveled from Yuma Az to escape the heat of the summer for a long weekend.  We ran into rain on the way up to Show Low, AZ.  What beautiful site, we do not see rain often where we live.  We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the house was. We enjoyed the accommodations which were very clean and comfortable.  We took advantage of the games and on one night used the poker chips to play Texas Hold-um. The area was beautiful in a wonderful  quiet neighborhood.  We would highly recommend this host.
