We came to Lakeway for a work related trip and I had additional staff come out on short notice. Despite it being a "work related trip" I wanted to make sure my staff had a good set up and place to stay while there. Carter's home was absolutely beautiful and my staff were beyond thrilled with the gem of a home I'd found for them to stay. It's specious, clean, homey, the surroundings are great and it was well equipped. It worked perfectly for what we needed. On top of that, Carter is an exceptional host and took very good care of us while we stayed there. It was an outstanding stay! If I could rate his home and hosting with a 10 star, I would give it that, no hesitation. Good host. Everything was in working order. The House is not Moderm as indicates. Old, damaged and dangerous stove. Terrible Internet. The TV freezes. Crazy fire alarm. Left a package of mail the day we arrived and it disappeared.<br/>The backyard is pathetic.<br/>In general, the experience was not good at all, to the point that when the event we went to ended, we moved to another place, a day earlier than we paid for. No gas, so we couldn’t cook, no heat so no hot water, showering was a mission, hist seemed not interested in solving the issues quickly. The house was good though
