Amenities
Only 1 working shower for 10 people. Faucets are barely attached to the bathroom sinks and door handles barely attached to doors. Shower rod poorly installed as well. Lack of towels and basic house toiletries. Pretty much empty and felt rushed to put together. Any communication to the host was met with AI automated messages trying to get more money out of us instead of acknowledging our problems. Janaisia

The host was very responsive, nothing negative to say about communication. The place however was very dirty, I stayed in the home for maybe 2 hours before I informed the host that I would be leaving the place. Thank you to Airbnb customer service for helping me get my money back. Kiera
