Had a great family getaway at this location. They had great games, loved the Pac-Man arcade machine. Their pool and outdoor patio with fire pit was so awesome. It’s an entertainment home. Beds were comfortable too. Lots of places to eat around the neighborhood. Loved it. And the hosts were so fast at responding to any request. Samantha

The host was very responsive and quick to help with any issues or questions that we had. The neighborhood was also very nice and quiet. We would stay again. I had the worst experience ever booking this home. Showed up to check in at 4pm the place was A MESS. Food left behind from previous guest on the kitchen stove and kitchen counters. Sink full of dirty dishes used by guest before us. The food left behind sitting on counters made the kitchen smell disgusting. Garbage cans left full in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms left uncleaned no beds made or sheets changed at check in it looked as if someone just rolled out of the beds and left minutes before we checked in. The bathrooms were left uncleaned with bath towels on the ground and in the showers. The worst part of this experience was trying to communicate these issues with the “host”. We reached out several times to the host and Airbnb support. Not only did the host not communicate or respond in a timely manner giving the situation we waited over 2.5 hrs for a cleaner to not show up, or even get a response. Eventually I left and checked into hotel. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! William
