For larger groups or full privacy, you can reserve the entire compound, which includes the Main House, Corner House, and Studio. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Dog Policy: This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. We requests guests to close the front window shades in the afternoon, as it will help keep the heat out as the front of the house will have direct sun until the sun goes down behind the mountains and to close them at night during winter months to keep the cold out. Please do not open any of the front of the house windows, if you are wanting to cross breeze, please open basement patio door, close screen door and use the whole house fan in the upstairs hall to allow cool air when it is cooler outside, or enjoy the AC. The check in instructions were not the correct instructions. They were also unclear. The street noise was very loud while trying to sleep. We were not given the lock code to the “garage” where the pool table was. The neighbors that were renting one of the other houses on the property could unlock our door with their phone number and that was never addressed.

I really like the spot. Only downside was the pictures did not match the unit I was in. Other issue is there was a combo lock on the front gate. That combination was not shared on the check in instructions. Also, the unit I was in had a lock box that the key was in; that was not explicitly clear in the check in instructions either. All in it took about an hour to get checked into. <br/>This is a 5 star property, just needs some improvements made to the listing and check in instructions.

Posting for owner awareness: <br/>Arrival instructions incomplete. Had to call and wait to access property. Instructions provided granted access to all units on property which is huge security/safety risk. <br/>Furniture in home broken on arrival and not usable. <br/>Vagrant camp at front door. <br/>Your rental agency needs to be do a better job with managing the listing and providing instructions to guests. This is major problem.

The check-in process was a little rough. This property has several different pad locks on gates, game room, and lockboxes to get inside the actual rental; all lock numbers are different. Aside from the check-in process, the property was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor space and being within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops.
