We were looking for a place to stay near the cemetery so this fit the bill. Communication was good. No issues with check in or check out. The place is as described. <br/>A few things to note:<br/>This unit is on the bottom floor so you don't enter through the front porch door. You need to go down stairs to get to the unit. <br/>The unit has a bit of a musty smell. And they do allow pets. Keep these things in mind if you have allergies. <br/>Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend if you're looking for a spot in the area. Kathleen

We totally enjoyed our stay at this rental. I was able to have valuable family time here. Thank you for a beautiful, peaceful home. charming, clean and would stay again. Be careful of stairs, great neighborhood! Needs a workdesk vs a tiny round table. Would have loved a full length mirror in either bedroom or the bath. Upon arriving, we did not have a parking space as described and had to park elsewhere on the street and walk our luggage over. There is no "on premise" parking, only street parking. I found the entrance slightly ajar, only to be met with the cleaner still finishing up. This was at 4:10, later than our 4pm check-in. We found that the reason there is was no parking at our arrival, was one of the cars on the street in front of the residence belonged to him. When leaving later for a function, the door would not lock. After many attempts, I found that the large button had to be held in order to accept the code. Upon returning, when it was dark, the stairs were very dark and wet and should have a motion activated or solar lights to avoid mishaps. This should be explained in the check-in procedure. Despite a few hiccups, overall, the place was very clean, had plenty of towels, simple, yet nice décor and most of the essentials.
