Each of these units is an independent, spacious, attractive home featuring quality of craftsmanship and modern décor. Macario was very helpful and the place was amazing. We came into town for a rafting trip, and this home accomodated everyone with plenty of space. This home was an excellent base of operations for exploring and enjoying the Colorado Springs nature offerings. M

Our family and bridal party enjoyed this property. We were unable to open the door on one side of the home— it was resolved within about an hour after back and forth communication with “Hoste”. The property is fantastic but I recommend changing the door locks if they’re this difficult to work. The twin houses are great, and I've nothing negative to say about the accommodation. It is as advertised, in a great location, spacious and serves the purpose of accommodating a large group. <br/>The reason for the 3* rating is the service that we got from the host/agent before and during the early part of our stay. <br/>1. It was a wedding party of international guests, yet they refused to let us see the empty house a few weeks beforehand to look at the set-up (we had already paid) 2.) we were locked out of one house on arrival for hours and the other house was filthy, and hadn't been cleaned from previous guests 3.) we had no dishwasher or ice machine in both houses for the entire stay, even though the hosts knew that they didn't work 4.) despite all of the above, the host refused to call me and most of his messages were automated bots "Hey, hang tight, we've got this". <br/>Thus the 3* rating is a combination of 4-5* for the house and 1-2* for the service and attitude of the host. Great place. We had a large family gathering for Airforce Academy graduation and it worked out great! Very clean and spacious!
