Park in the driveway with room enough for 2 vehicles and enter through the front door using the private electronic code provided on check-in. You'll open the door into a modern, inviting space complete with quality furnishings and thoughtful décor — this is main-level living at it's best—featuring an open-floor concept with soft transitions between living, dining and cooking areas.
The kitchen is fully appointed and ready for your culinary creations. Spacious and stocked to stay in and prepare family meals. The house is all yours! 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room with entertainment center and partially fenced in backyard. We know you`ll love it!

ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
* Garbage is located on the right side of driveway and is house side pick up on Wednesday. (No need to roll to the curb)
•Please do not put hot item on counters, it will warp them. There are hot pads provided for your use.*

- Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Fun time in Colorado Springs at Christmas
The property is updated and well-maintained. Very quiet neighborhood and The house is located near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, downtown, Garden of the Gods and many other sites. It is also easy access to Hwy 24 and I-25.We felt really comfortable and loved the big backyard for playing football, cornhole and hanging around the firepit. We didn't use the hot tub but hope to come back. Great configuration in the bedrooms so it easily accommodated 6 of us. The house has great open concept and it was fun to cook and serve a meal for our family. I was also surprised but the kitchen was very well-appointed. You rarely find a kitchen that has everything you need but this one was pretty close. A

Great place for pets
Open space to visit. Great backyard The house is great for a family traveling and adventuring in Colorado Springs. Easy access to many places -- hiking, restaurants. Philip was very responsive. Sylvia
